Washington-licensed real estate professionals can attain FREE Continuing Education approved by the Washington Department of Licensing, Real Estate Services Division, by taking the following free online courses:
- "Home Energy Efficiency for Real Estate Professionals" course for eight (8) Continuing Education clock hours. Course #C8620.
- "Saving Home Energy for Real Estate Professionals" course for three (3) Continuing Education clock hours. Course #C8841.
- "Home Energy Score for Real Estate Professionals" course for three (3) Continuing Education clock hours. Course #C8840.
Step #1: Agents create a free account.
You'll be asked to create a desired username and password.
Step #2: Log into the course.
